I beautifully weave these core practices with vibrational healing techniques, jade stone massage and acupressure to create a deeply restorative and relaxing experience. My studio space is dedicated to providing a sanctuary where you can escape the stresses of daily life and embrace on a journey of self-nourishment and healing.

My private practice is located in my country home, nestled beside the mountain and surrounded by gardens and the forest.

We’re just 12 minutes from the town of Qualicum Beach, 15-20 minutes to Parksville, and 30-40 minutes to Nanaimo or Port Alberni.
